We really enjoyed the fact that we rented two houses that were side by side, and the rear entrances ended up being right next to each other. The house were large and spacious. Plenty of bedrooms. Reached out to the property manager on a couple different occasions and he instantly responded. We had just a couple things that we ran into that needed attention, and the property owner was very responsive to the suggestions that we offered. We chose this location as we were on an annual wine excursion. There were 13 of us that stayed at the houses and it fit us perfectly. Plenty of parking space. Actually wish that we had more time to spend up in the area so that we could have enjoyed the houses longer. It was a nice starting point for all of us as we were traveling through the Saint Catherine's and Niagara on the Lake Region.

Good space, easy access to both units, great for a large group. Location was also good. In a neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to the falls and Niagara on the lake. Cons: our place was not very clean when we arrived. Several surfaces needed vacuum or sanitized/wiped. Dishwasher was clogged and a tub drain was clogged. Grills were a mess and one was out of gas. Yard had trash and cardboard, shingles in alley walkway. Kitchen was not well equipped with glasses or utensils, no steak knives. The host had clearly not assessed/monitored this property in a while.
