Enjoyed Stay Apres for a long weekend with great ski conditions. We loved the location, close to ski HV, Holimont and downtown. The home was clean and comfortable with lots of supplies and games. Tons of bedrooms and beds, with more than enough space for everyone. Dean made check-in super easy and quickly communicated and helped throughout the weekend. Such a beautiful backyard!!!

My family was impressed with the spaciousness and the layout. Some nice touches and not just the usual ikea stuff. It was obviously built to be a vacation rental, so I won’t make a stink about the quality of the construction. Perfect location; close to lifts and town. All in all a great place to gather.

Everything about this stay was PERFECT! We had a full house and this cottage took into consideration its capacity. We never ran out of hot water, the tap water is delicious. The bathrooms were awesome - all 3 of them! Everyone commented on how comfy the beds were. We all slept amazing! The activities were a great touch, we played games all weekend long! Perfect location - we were surrounded by nature and saw deer running around outside our window. We loved the sauna and hot tub. There was all the kitchen utensils we needed. My only wish is we could have stayed here longer - such a lovely place! We hope to come back :)

Beautiful house, within five minutes of main downtown area. Plenty of sleeping room and space to spread out without feeling crowded. Host was responsive and helpful to all concerns and questions during stay. One minor downside - lack of insulation means you can hear everything from anywhere in the home. With 14 people on site, it can make peaceful sleep or rest difficult. Overall, would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We had a large group come down for a celebration, and this house is exactly as advertised. Ample parking, slept everyone comfortably, all amenities were there. Dude need to worry about missing supplies such as plates, utensils, spice, firewood, ping pong supplies etc you name it. Dean was very responsive and the place overall was a huge success. Looking for another reason to get a big group together and head down.

The house was great !! We had 6 adults and 3 kids plenty of room for all of us . Ellicotville is a great little town , we did the roller coaster at holiday valley and we did a pool day there , and an hour away was Hidden Valley Animal Adventure. The host was great he answered my questions right away would highly recommend the place .

The house was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for our group that ranged in age from 2 - 83. The local town was just minutes away for groceries and essentials. We visited Niagara Falls, Kinzua Bridge State Park, and did a Pontoon Boat at Bemus Bay Water Toys (great prices and the nicest people ever). We enjoyed the fire pit with plenty of wood for our nightly fires. We even got to enjoy an evening in town, with music at the gazebo. Our only complaint was that the kitchen had no pantry or place to put all of our food items. We ate breakfast and supper at the house every night and had to leave our food items in the boxes we packed them in for the trip. Maybe a baker's rack would be a nice addition.

We selected this house for a family reunion and it was a perfect choice. The host provided a high chair and infant bed for our smallest ones. A nearby park offered a great place for kids to play and the kitchen area has lots of food storage space.

Very nice house. Perfect for our visit w friends and skiing at holiday valley. We enjoyed the ping pong table, sauna and hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and even many basic spices and coffee filters. Property manager was helpful and got back to us promptly when we had a few questions. The driveway is steep and with fresh snow or ice you will need 4 wheel drive to get up and down it safely

Lovely home specifically designed for renters. Could sleep 16 easily but only 3 bathrooms. Our grand boys played ping pong and shuffleboard. The rain let up on occasion and the kids and their parents got to ski albeit in terrible conditions.

My family and I had such a nice time at this property! It’s super close to the shops in Ellicottville while also feeling like you’re deep in the woods. The home itself is so beautiful, every room is perfect! The amenities were so fun as well, we visited during a rainy weekend so it was nice to be able to play shuffleboard and ping pong inside and relax by the fireplace. Overall we loved this getaway and I’d recommend this home to anyone!

For a quick 3 hour drive from Cleveland, this was an impeccable cabin weekend setting. We made great use of the kitchen for hearty autumnal foods, and conversations around the fire place and in the jacuzzi and sauna will be cherished. While there’s enough to keep you super busy just in the property, definitely also check out Ellicotville. We also found a 3-hour 10-km hike to explore the surrounding nature.

This place has a ton of room and plenty of entertainment. My husband and I, plus four adult children and two grandbabies, all had a great time. The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, silverware, etc. The sharp knives were even sharp and that can be a miracle in rental property. If cooking for more than what we had, you will need to get creative with the pans. None were very big if you’re cooking for a crowd. Overall, this was one of our best family vacations yet!

Our family had the best time at this gorgeous property. The house is perfect for a large group. There was room to spread out when needed, but we were able to enjoy time together with all the space in the kitchen and around the cozy fireplace. The location was great. It felt secluded, but still close to the village and ski resorts. We loved the private outdoor setting with the fire pit, hot tub, sauna, big front porch, and even a small sledding hill. The home is tastefully decorated and provided so many extra amenities. The kitchen was stocked with any spice, utensil, or gadget you could imagine. There were plenty of towels for hot tub use and for the bathrooms. The owner was quick to respond and communicate with. We are hoping to be back!

The house was great! The lower level had 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The main floor had 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and the upstairs had 2 small bedrooms with single beds and an additional bathroom. The upstairs would be great for kids. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking- including basic spices, oil, plastic bags, tin foil, plastic wrap, coffee filters etc. There was ample space for our group to spread out and relax. The hot tub was a nice addition and our group used it regularly. There were plenty of extra towels for the hot tub. We did not use the sauna but it was conveniently located next to the hot tub so you could keep your towels in there so they would not get too cold or wet while you enjoy the hot tub! The location is perfect for getting into town and skiing at either Holimont or Holiday Valley. At night, the house is quite dark and could use a bit more light. The locks on the back doors are tricky, however the hosts were very quick to respond and offer assistance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely plan to come back - especially as our kids grow up and we could take advantage of all the space!
