• Identification Required: All guests must provide valid photo ID matching the booking name (Passport, National ID, or Driver’s License).
Luggage Storage:
• Early arrivals or late departures may store luggage free of charge up to 12 hours.
• An additional €10 per day applies for extended storage.
Booking Extensions
• Guests may request to extend their stay based on availability.
• Nightly rates may vary from the original booking, and confirmation must be received in writing.
House Rules
• Cleanliness & Upkeep: Please keep the property in good condition. Significant mess or damage may incur charges.
• No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. A €200 fine will apply for violations.
• No Parties or Events: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a €200 penalty, eviction without refund, and possible legal action.
• Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed without prior written approval. If approved, a €500 refundable deposit and €200 cleaning fee will be charged.
• Lost Keys: Lost or unreturned keys will incur a €200 replacement fee.
• We provide Baby Cot free of cost.
Maintenance & Emergencies
• All maintenance concerns should be reported immediately to the accommodation team. Urgent issues are prioritized, and response times vary based on severity.
• Temporary issues with power, water, or external disruptions (noise, dust, etc.) will not be grounds for rate reductions unless caused by negligence on the property manager’s part.
Damage & Liability Policy
• Damage Defined: Any alteration to the apartment’s original condition, including stains, breakage, water damage, pet damage, or unauthorized modifications.
• Guest Responsibility: The booking guest is responsible for the cost of repairs and any revenue loss due to property unavailability.
• Reporting: Damages, whether accidental or due to misuse, must be reported as soon as noticed.
• Bedding & Mattress Protection: Guests will be held liable for any stains or soiling of bedding or mattresses requiring replacement.
Parking & Vehicle Responsibility
• Guests are responsible for their own vehicles. The property owner assumes no liability for damage, theft, or other incidents related to vehicles.
• Staff Access & Guest Cooperation
• Staff may enter the apartment for scheduled cleaning, maintenance, or inspections. Guests will be notified when possible, and access will follow standard protocols.
• In emergencies or under special circumstances (e.g. welfare checks, suspected illegal activity), staff may access the unit without prior notice.
• If pets are approved, guests are expected to ensure the animal is safely managed during visits or temporarily removed if necessary.
