• Check-Out: By 10:30 AM. Late check-outs must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
• ID Requirement: A valid, government-issued ID must be presented that matches the name on the reservation.
Luggage Storage
Complimentary short-term luggage storage is available up to 12 hours pre- or post-stay. Storage beyond this period is charged at €10 per day.
House Rules
• Cleanliness: Guests are expected to maintain the apartment in good condition and report any issues promptly.
• No Smoking: The apartment is strictly non-smoking. A €200 fine applies for violations.
• No Parties: Gatherings or events are prohibited. Violations may result in a €200 fine and immediate eviction.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed without prior written approval. Approved stays require a €500 refundable deposit and a €200 cleaning fee.
• Key Loss: Lost or unreturned keys will incur a replacement fee of €200.
• Waste Disposal: Use provided bins or bags and follow the recycling guidelines outlined on the apartment door.
Energy & Maintenance
• Utilities are included in the rental price, but guests are encouraged to conserve energy and water.
• Maintenance Issues: Any problems should be reported immediately. Response times vary by priority.
• Damage Liability: Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay, including damage to furniture, bedding, walls, or appliances.
• Mattress/Bedding: Replacement fees will apply if items are stained or soiled.
Building Access & Security
• Staff may enter the property for scheduled maintenance or inspections, following standard protocols.
• In emergency situations or cases of suspected illegal activity, access may be granted without prior notice.
• If pets have been pre-approved, coordination is required during maintenance visits for safety and ease.
