Stunning and very spacious 1-bedroom apartment right in the city centre. Newly Refurbished, with high speed WIFI, the perfect home from home. There is simply no better location - just a few doors away from Parliament buildings with the 5 Star Shelbourne hotel opposite. 1 min walk to the beautiful St Stephens Green park, and 5 min walk to Grafton St, Trinity college, Royal College of Surgeons. This beautiful space features a hotel quality queen bed with hotel quality linen, a brand new bathroom with walk-in shower, spacious and comfy living room, separate kitchen with all amenities such as oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer/ dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc. Guests can unwind in the peaceful atmosphere or explore the vibrant city just outside their door. I stayed for 3 months while working in Dublin. I've frequently traveled to Ireland and was well aquatinted with the St. Stephen's Green area.The apartment is exactly as portrayed in the photos and description. The living room and bedroom are ample size with good natural light, the bath and kitchen are modern and well equipped. The apartment was spotless. The building is secure and quiet and the location is ideal with bus and Luas at your doorstep. Also shops. restaurants, pubs and several of Dublin's attractions are within an easy 15-20 minute walk.I had no problems at the apartment but did contact Marian with a couple of questions. She replied promptly, was always helpful and very personable.I highly recommend staying here, In fact, I'll will be back in Dublin within the year for work and will definitely stay here.
