Welcome to Another Day in Paradise — a freshly updated 2BR/2.5BA townhome, proudly veteran-owned and managed, and new to the rental market. Pet-friendly with new furniture, bedding, and décor, it features a private patio and unbeatable location—walk to downtown Fort Walton Beach for dining, shops, and parks, or take a short drive to Okaloosa Island, Hurlburt Field, and Eglin AFB. It’s the perfect retreat for a beach getaway, a work trip, or to visit family stationed nearby!
Open Living Area:
Relax in the freshly painted, modern living room with a large modular sectional, perfect for lounging, watching movies on the 50” Smart TV, or game nights with our collection of board games and cards. The sectional converts into a queen-size bed with sheets, blankets, and pillows provided, giving you extra sleeping flexibility for additional guests.
Fully Stocked Kitchen:
Cook meals at home with ease in our well-equipped kitchen equipped with all you need - cookware, utensils, dinnerware, even wine glasses. The eat-in bar with four stools connects the kitchen to the living space, making gathering easy. Enjoy a morning coffee from the fully stocked coffee station (Keurig pods, teas, creamers, and syrups provided) or use the traditional coffee maker if you need more than one cup. A toaster and all other essential kitchen supplies are also provided.
Tranquil Bedrooms:
Upstairs, both bedrooms feature king-size beds with plush new mattresses, fresh bedding, plenty of closet space, 43” Smart TVs, and private en-suite bathrooms with tub/shower combos and adjustable shower heads. Perfect for couples, families or groups that enjoy their privacy.
The primary bedroom includes a nook with a desk that can be used as a workspace or a vanity – ideal for remote work or getting ready for a night out.
Private Outdoor Space:
Step outside to the fenced-in backyard, complete with a dining table and chairs, umbrella and grill with accessories, perfect for dining al fresco. It’s also a cozy place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening.
Pet-Friendly:
We love dogs and welcome yours too! Your furry friends will have food and water bowls, and maybe a little treat. You’ll also be just minutes from the dog park at Liza Jackson Park for extra playtime. We prefer dogs under 25 pounds, but please reach out to us for exceptions.

The pet area was perfect, our little dog was safe and happy and there was just enough area for her to run around in the fenced patio area. It was also a wonderful spot for my husband and me to sit and relax while the kids/teens were comfortable inside. The house was clean and comfortable, and smelled and felt great. The smell of a place is important to me, and here, though it smelled clean and fresh, there was no overpowering smell of cleaner or air freshener to aggravate our allergies. Even though this is a densely populated neighborhood, it was super quiet and peaceful, even sitting outside on the little patio. The beds were comfy, and the pillows were perfect - not just for show, they were actually comfy! Beckie had the kitchen stocked with bottled water, coffee and creamers, and even made a special effort to welcome and say happy birthday to my youngest, who was very impressed that "the lady knew my favorite candy!" The furniture had USB ports downstairs and upstairs so we never had to worry about where to charge our devices. It's a small thing because most people have charging cubes, but it was so nice to be able to just plug into the table or the bedside lamp instead of searching for a wall plug and possibly moving furniture to find one. I feel so lucky that we found such a great weekend stay for such a low price. Thank you so much, Beckie! You will be our "go-to" whenever we are in the Ft. Walton area from now on.
