4 spacious bedrooms provide plenty of closet space. 1 bedroom boasting 2 queen-sized beds, and the other 3 bedrooms, including the master suite, boasting king-sized beds and a sleek en suite bathroom with Jack and Jill sinks.
The back yard is the real gem, with a back door leading to a large grassy area and a refreshing inground pool - which can be heated, perfect for soaking up the Carolina sun. Yard games are on hand for both kids and adults, and the fenced-in backyard lets your furry friends roam freely.
As the day winds down, gather around the propane fire pit with your group, enjoy the evening breeze, and unwind. Cameron Boulevard invites you to make yourself at home and create lasting memories in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Guests have access to the entire property! There are also an abundance of parks within walking distance, featuring tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts for public enjoyment.
The house is a short walk to the beach from this property. Public beach access is about a 3-5 minute walk from the home.
Pool servicing is on Wednesday's and Saturday's. A pool tech briefly comes by to treat and access the pool. This is not an optional service, and it helps keep our pool sparkling clean for your use!
*Please note*: Pool heat can be added for an additional cost. If you are renting this home in the winter, please note that the pool can still be heated, but if the air temperature is below 55 degrees, the pool will not reach a "warm" temperature. This is a large traditional swimming pool, and not a swim spa or hot tub.
