We will provide contactless check-in instructions on the day of your arrival prior to check-in and are available via direct local manager 24 hours a day during your stay for all of your guest needs.
Pool servicing is on Wednesday's and Saturday's. A pool tech briefly comes to treat and access the pool on these days. This is not an optional service, and it helps keep our pool sparkling clean for your use!
If you are renting this home in the winter, please note that the pool can still be heated, but if the air temperature is below 55 degrees, the pool heater will not operate. This pool is a large traditional pool, and not a swim spa or hot tub. Additionally, the fireplaces are not for guest use. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a fine.

* Please shower before entering the pool (there is an outdoor shower located below the pool area)
* No running in the pool area.
* Absolutely no diving or jumping into the pool.
* Glass is not allowed in the pool area. Please use plastic.

* Roughhousing and aggressive behaviors are not allowed.
* Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision.
* Loud noise is not permitted after 9PM due to the City of Isle of Palms noise ordinance.

* Grill must be attended at all times of use.
* Turn off the propane gas line after use.
