About this house rental
We are happy to welcome you to our pretty little duplex house, with pergola and private garden facing South, located 100m walk from the beach.
Private residence, quiet and secure (access gate with badge and code, caretaker and external cameras)

It includes on 40 m2:
- living room (sofa and TV) with equipped kitchen area
- WIFI
- bedroom on the first floor with a double bed (sofa bed) + cupboard (shelves and shelves) wardrobe),
- mezzanine with a double bed (and in addition if necessary a trundle bed: choice of 2 single beds 80x190 or 1 double bed 160x190)
- Bathroom shower cubicle
- Separate toilets
- Dishwasher / washing machine
- Everything you need for the kitchen
And has 40 m2 of outdoor space:
- Pergola with table and chairs for 4 to 6 people
- Private garden with 2 deckchairs and armchairs
- Electric plancha.
Supervised beach in front of the residence (first aid station)
Shared swimming pool open from 15/04 to 15/10 (depending on weather conditions and/or prefectural decree).
Tennis court: 2 adult rackets + 2 children + balls available
Petanque court: boules available
Mini-golf at 100m
2 adult mountain bikes available (with padlock): loan free of charge!
