About this villa rental
Enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside in this beautiful villa, for 6 people and with a private pool, on the outskirts of Lloseta.
Outside this beautiful villa you can enjoy a wonderful swim in the private chlorine pool of 8 x 3 m and 0.6 to 1.8 m deep. It is accompanied by 3 sun loungers for sunbathing, although you can also relax in one of the two Balinese beds. Going down a few steps from the pool you access the porch, ideal for eating and dining, with a barbecue, in the open air, or having a drink at sunset in the armchairs. You also have a terrace equipped for this in another corner of this house. The fenced plot offers approximately 4000 m2 of land.
The property has 2 floors. On the upper floor you will find the living room with A/C and TV-SAT, located next to the kitchen, with a ceramic hob, which it connects to via a marble peninsula. From here, a couple of steps lead to the dining room, also with A/C and access to the pool. The 3 bedrooms in the house, all with A/C and three with wardrobes, are located on the ground floor. Three of them offer a double bed and the fourth has two single beds. One of the doubles has a window with only a view of the interior of the house but offers access to the terrace. Furthermore, two of the bedrooms offer an en-suite bathroom with shower. There are two more bathrooms with showers in the house, one on each floor. Available 1 cot and 1 high chair. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
This property is located on the outskirts of the village of Lloseta, where you can breathe tranquillity and the atmosphere of a typical Majorcan village. It offers the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. However, you have Inca just 5 minutes' drive away, where there are many more services and its traditional Thursday market. The nearest beach is Puerto de Alcúdia, 32 km away.
The tourist tax must be paid on the day of arrival (€2.20 per person per night)
Electricity is charged according to consumption at €0.30/kW

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the outdoor area was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. Most importantly, the hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always available to help with anything we needed. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely love to come back!
