Mins to Hospital, Airport, Downtown

We had to leave early - that was disappointing. The amenities are bare minimum. Communication is quite good. Location is great to downtown Greeneville.

Incredible location for our family. Updated and clean home. Good communication with host. Basics for a full kitchen’s use were lacking. We had to buy baking and cooking pots, pans and utensils. Suggestion of upgrading towels & pillows communicated. Handwashing soap and toilet paper provided- you need to bring your own additional basic toiletries for bathroom. We hope to stay again with some suggestions updated. Thank you for overall stay. Grateful.

The house was just ok. The kitchen had bare minimum for cooking utensils. Nothing if l wanted to bake in the oven. The cupboards were bare with the exception for dishes, glassware. I had a couple of dish towels in the kitchen. I don't have a dishwasher at home, so maybe a dish pan to use to wash dishes. The towels were enough for maybe 2 people. If the other couple came to stay with us(4 people total), there wasn't enough for all of us. I went out to buy bath towels to use. My view of outside was a big tree! If there was maybe a paper left with instructions on passwords, what to do before we leave by the stated time. I would have enjoyed my stay more. I did wash all the towels and dried them. I swept all the floors, especially the front entrance way, with my cats litter pan in there. When the owner or host wants to have the exterminator there beforehand, they better make sure they have been there. We were there for about a day or two when the neighbor told us someone was there while we were out. Pictures for the house in and out were not sufficient. The surroundings were not the best!! I won't recommend this house at all before a lot of improvements are made. SORRY!
