Welcome to The Burrow @ Earle Street! Our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is the perfect downtown hub, located 1.5 miles from Falls Park and 1 mile from N Main Street. It is pet friendly with a fee and available for monthly rental (30 days-6 months) with all utilities included.
At the Burrow, you are just:

With cozy beds, beautiful windows, a fully equipped kitchen, and welcoming living area, we know you'll enjoy your stay!
Welcome to the Burrow @ Earle Street, your home away from home conveniently located near the sights of downtown GVL. Pets are welcome to join you for your stay for a fee of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. The Burrow is available for longer rentals (30 days- 6 months).
Guests may park on the street along the front of the building or in the parking lot (free parking) located behind the building. From there, you will walk up a flight of stairs to your second-story condo, which is surrounded by picturesque mature trees and foliage.
Upon entering the condo, you are met with natural light from the large windows throughout the space. To your left, you enter the cozy living room, equipped with a television (no cable/ Roku enabled for use with guests' accounts). The living room boasts a comfortable couch, accent chair, and eclectic artwork where you can sit and enjoy conversation with loved ones or kick back and relax for a movie night. Also included is a wooden desk and chair where guests may work, study, or catch up on emails.
Off the living room, you will find our fully stocked kitchen and eating area, with table and chairs for four. Everything needed to cook a meal is easily accessible and at your fingertips. Our kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a moveable island with butcherblock countertop for additional preparation space.
Down the hallway is the updated bathroom, which includes a beautiful tile shower with sliding glass door, single vanity, and toilet.
Upon entering the king bedroom, guests will enjoy the abundance of natural light and beauty from the large window and the local artwork. This bedroom includes nightstands, ample closet space, and a large dresser. Atop the dresser is a television (Roku-enabled) where you can relax and watch a movie or show in the evenings.
Across from this bedroom, you will find the queen bedroom, which includes 1 nightstand and a large closet. Guests can also relax and enjoy the peaceful view of nature out the window.
Come retreat and explore all the upstate has to offer at your downtown hub at The Burrow @ Earle Street.
We do have a maintenance team if assistance is needed. We are only a phone call or text away!
This complex is located in downtown and close to all that Greenville has to offer!
We recommend bringing a car to explore GVL as public transportation is not quite up to snuff.
Lease Terms:
$275 cleaning fee
$250 pet fee for first pet and $100 extra per additional pet (requested after booking)
$750 refundable security deposit pending inspection after checkout
Smoking indoors is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine.
