Welcome to The Tiny Oasis! A hidden gem in Largo, FL, minutes from Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach, this cozy retreat is packed with luxury. Lounge by the plunge pool, fire up the Blackstone or enjoy an outdoor movie night. Unique touches and a 5-star experience prove that small spaces make big memories!
This upscale studio offers a cleverly designed layout that provides a private, homey feel while maximizing comfort and functionality. Although the guest suite is attached to our main house, it gives you your own private entrance, dedicated parking space, backyard deck, kitchenette, bedroom, living room, and bathroom the ENTIRE space is yours to enjoy.
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette, luxury-style bathroom, and thoughtfully curated indoor and outdoor amenities. The bedroom is cozy and private, and while the space is listed for up to 3 guests, please note:
•There is ONE full size main bed in the bedroom
•The living room couch serves as the second sleeping option. It does NOT pull out, but when the back cushions are removed, it provides a space roughly the size of an extra-small twin mattress, best suited for a child.
Step outside and enjoy the spacious deck, private seating area, outdoor entertainment system, grill, and plunge pool all designed to give you the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. The backyard deck area is fully fenced, offering privacy, and while there are neighbors nearby, they nor we in the main house, have visual or physical access to your space. The main house is occupied by our parents and sister-in-law, and we (your hosts) are frequently on-site as well.
While it may not be the largest apartment on the block, The Tiny Oasis is packed with thoughtful extras to ensure BIG comfort and a memorable escape. We’ve thought of everything so you can sit back, unwind, and enjoy!
What We Offer
In the Kitchen
A 4-burner glass cooktop, full size residential fridge which makes cooking easy, while the gourmet coffee bar and tea station makes for a perfect deluxe morning and cozy movie night on the couch.
A variety of spices, sugar, coffee both caffeinated and decaf, tea, creamer, syrups, oil, vinegar, and condiments are provided for your convenience.
In the Bathroom
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and makeup-removing towels. Explore the vanity drawers for more!
In the Bedroom
Your bed includes a mix of firm and soft pillows. Cloudy like fluffy duvet and luxury cotton sheets. Extra linens are also available.
In the Backyard
Our above-ground Intex pool, framed with wood for added style and stability, offers 20 inches of refreshing water perfect for lounging, cooling off, and even catching your favorite shows on the outdoor TV!
For a little extra luxury, there’s an outdoor shower the perfect way to cool off after a swim, rinse away the salt and sand from a beach day, or just enjoy a peaceful moment under the open sky. It’s a small touch that makes the backyard feel like a true getaway!
A Blackstone gas grill is available! If you’d like it set up for you, just let us know in advance otherwise, it will be stored in the right cabinet of the outdoor entertainment center.
Please note: Propane is not included but can be purchased from us for $10, or you can grab a tank at Walmart or Target we’re happy to provide details on the right one to buy!
Guest Access
The entire suite is yours to enjoy with compete privacy during your stay. We park on the opposite side of the driveway, so your dedicated parking spot is always clear and available. Interactions, if any, with us or our family would only be brief and outside at the front of the property, ensuring your comfort and privacy at all times.
Interactions
We’re always just a message or call away if you need anything. While we’re not always on-site, our parents live in the main house, and you may occasionally and briefly see or interact with them or with us during your stay.
If you reach out after 11 PM, we may not respond until the next morning, but rest assured we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We’re here to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:
Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
We understand travel timing can be tricky, and we’re happy to help when we can! If you’d like to check in early or check out a bit later, please send us a message at least 24 hours in advance so we can see if it works with our schedule.
•If our cleaners and inspectors have fully finished their work, we’re happy to offer a complimentary early check-in up to 2:00 PM but please note, this is based on availability and not guaranteed.
•If you’d like to arrive before 2:00 PM, there is a $50 fee to help offset the added coordination with our team.
Late check-out
•Requests must be approved and a late check-out fee of $50 must be paid at least 24 hours in advance. Our team arrives promptly at 10:00 AM sharp, so we’re unable to accommodate any unapproved late departures.
