this is definitely NOT the kind of hotel I would recommend to you.
I’ve booked affordable hotels before, and even at a cheap price, I’ve experienced places with decent facilities and a comfortable environment. Unfortunately, Manila Crown Hotel is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever booked.
The photos on Agoda looked great, but the actual experience was extremely disappointing. The lobby was already uncomfortably hot, with no air conditioning. The room’s ceiling looked poorly patched up, and there were visible mold stains on the headboard. The cleanliness was also a major concern.
Instead of feeling relaxed and comfortable, I ended up feeling stressed and disappointed because of the condition of the room. A hotel should be a place where guests can rest and unwind, not somewhere that makes them feel uncomfortable because of poor maintenance and cleanliness.
The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very kind and accommodating. They deserve appreciation for their hospitality despite the disappointing condition of the facilities.
To the management, if you truly care about your business and your guests, please take the time to improve your facilities and maintain proper cleanliness. The actual condition of the hotel should match the beautiful photos you advertise online.
Guests pay to enjoy a comfortable stay, and we deserve to get what we see and expect when we make a booking.
Beautiful pictures can attract customers, but a clean and well-maintained hotel is what makes them want to return.
