the best thing about it is the location — just in front of DLSU and 2 or more convenient stores around the area. Theres a lot of food establishments as well and just along the road. Bonus that the staff are good and kind.

Ok naman sya, medyo may kalumaan na unlike sa mga una naming punta 3yrs ago..malamok din nung una kaya pinagpapatay ko mun agamit ang palad ko.haha . Un pala maeaming kiti kiti toilet bowl at malalaki na, ilanf oras nlng magiging lamok na, halatang ilang aaraw n wlang nakachek.in, Unang araw namin as agoda policy chek in talagang 2pm. Dumating kami ng past 10. So pumasok na kami s waiting area. Dalawa yong counter sa reception so hesitant ako kung sa reddoors ba ang dalawang counter kasi ang isang counter may tao but wlang signage ng reddoors. Sa kabila nman wlang tao pero may nakalagay na reddoors. So nagtanong na ako sa isang table kung dun ba magchechek in since di nman kami pinansin man lang nung nasa counter Nor welcome man lang nor any smile or face gesture na mafeel namin n acknowledged kami . Nagtnong ako kung dito ba magchechek in ang reddoors. Then she answered me, mag early chek in ba kayo 150/ hr, so sabi ko hndi.. Hindi sya accomodating na para bang hindi pag frontdesk ang ugali. Btw, she is yvette daw. Same sa bagong pasok na guest ganun din ang sinabi nya. Which is feel ko nairita din ang isang guest. Nag extend ako hanggang umabot ng 7 days. Buti nalang mabait yong isang kapalitan nya. Kudos to ms carmel mukhang masungit ang mukha pero pagkinausap mo, marunong magsmile kahit di pa nagsasalita. Mabait kausap at magalang. Overall ok nmn ang stay namin. Maliban sa isang taga frontdesk na per hour agad ang ibubungad sayo.. Mababait din ang mga guards nila.

The hotel looks new and clean in the pictures, but unfortunately, the reality is quite different. The property already feels old and worn, and there was an unpleasant smell as soon as we entered the room. The staff also lacked warmth and hospitality, which made the overall experience disappointing. The hotel definitely needs better maintenance and improvement in guest service.
