About this house rental
Wonderfully presented beach house featuring: three spacious bedrooms, an open plan living area and bushland at the rear. Clean and comfortable, the property also boasts a single lock up garage and modern decor.
Only a short stroll to the Sports Club, shops and patrolled surf beach. This beach house is pet friendly (outdoors only please) and has a fully fenced yard which is perfect for the family pet and for the kids.
Other features include:
* Fully contained kitchen with dishwasher
* Air conditioned living area
* Ceiling fans and screens throughout
* Tiled throughout
* Laundry with washing machine only
* Inground pool with covered entertaining area
* Pet friendly for outdoor pets only. 2 dogs only
This property does not have Wifi.
Sleeps six in two x queen size beds and two x single beds.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.

Stayed here for 8 nights and had the best time.
The house was mostly very clean. Plenty of cutlery and plates ect. Fridge and freezer were big enough and very cold.
The pool was beautiful and clean when we arrived but by the time we were leaving (3 days prior) the pool went green, so we had to get in and clean the mould off with a broom, it’s just a matter of more product in the pool to sustain it’s cleanliness..We will most definitely be booking again. Such a peaceful place with an amazing view from the pool.

Has everything you need for a family as a base at Rainbow. Very simple house which is perfect for what we needed , my second time staying there - it has a pool and pool table for the teenagers and adults. Close enough to everything but also far enough to get away from the busy Main Street. Would recommend if looking for a clean simple place - we love it and will go back. Only issue is one toilet and bathroom which can be a logistical issue if you have a house full

Property was great. A few minor maintenance items required but everything we needed was there. Good location in a quiet neighbourhood.
