Great location for a family close to playground, beach, shops. Beautiful sea breezes. Great front lawn area with bar overlooking. Wonderful hot and cold outdoor shower. Good appliances.
The step to get in and out of the front door was awkward. I would suggest putting a step on the outside of the front door to make it easier. The supplied vacuum cleaner had a very short lead and wasn't up to the job.

The toilet set up. Both bedrooms are upstairs with one having an en suite. The only other toilet is downstairs and outside so if my kids want to go to the toilet they have to come into my room and wake me up or try and get down some difficult stairs in the dark and open the door to outside.
