This property is the perfect base to enjoy all that Rainbow Beach has to offer. Modern and spacious beach house located less than 350 metres from the pristine surf beach, nestled amongst the trees within Rainbow Shores Estate.
Relax and unwind on the large covered entertainment deck at the rear overlooking a great childrens playground and park.

* TV with built in DVD player in both double bedrooms (smart TVs)

* air conditioning in all the bedrooms
* fully fenced back yard (great for pets and kids)

Sleeps six in two x queen size beds, one double/single combo bunk bed and two x trundle beds.
Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.
Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.

No issues our host was an agent, picked up key from a drop box and returned it the same way. Amenities were in good condition no issues, short walk to beach and gated area for my Dachshund.Improvement suggestion a small deck/ porch at entry. but we managed just fine

The house was very comfortable and has everything as described.
The only it should really have is a Dishwasher.
