About this villa rental
Pleasant villa located in Grau d'Agde of 105 m² air-conditioned, very bright, shaded garden, 6 people, close to the sea.
We rent for the holidays our recent house of 105 m² composed of a large bright living room (sliding bay of 3m) and air-conditioned. The kitchen is spacious and equipped (American refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, oven etc ...). A pantry houses the washing machine. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with Italian showers and separate toilets.
The 900 m² plot is planted with trees and offers 3 terraces
- one of 12 m² located in front of the kitchen
- one of 25 m² facing south and shaded
- The last one of 20 m² covered which includes a summer kitchen with a barbecue, a plancha and an outdoor sink.
Our house is located in a quiet residential area at the back of a secure residence (automatic gate).
We can walk to the beach (800 m) and walk to the village where all amenities are present.
The vehicles are parked on our enclosed land of which there are two.
- LE GRAU D'AGDE is located between AGDE and LE CAP D'AGDE, Fishing village, with a family atmosphere that offers many activities and a market every day.
- An aquatic centre 2 km away.
