About this house rental
Enjoy your vacation in one of the most beautiful areas of the town of Agde, quiet and wooded, 2 minutes from the village center, the beaches, and all the entertainment and activities on offer!
2 small charming houses, recent, well decorated, built with a wooden frame. Each one can accommodate 6 people, you have the possibility to rent the whole for a group vacation (family or friends) of 12 people.
On a surface area of 50 m², each accommodation has 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 large 160 cm bed, and 1 with 2 small 90 cm beds), a bathroom with shower and sink, and 1 separate toilet.
In the living room, a convertible sofa can sleep a single person or converts into a 160 cm bed for 2 people.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, and everything you need for cooking.
Enjoy the outdoors and have your meals on the large wooden terrace, in the shade of the parasol and the pine trees. 2 deckchairs are at your disposal; as well as a barbecue (shared) at the end of the plot.
You can park your vehicle inside the plot (1 per accommodation); and, for a car-free vacation, we provide you with a few bicycles to help you get around easily.
A washing machine is also at your disposal.
Reversible air conditioning in the main room.
Accommodation classified 3* (2021)
Important: sheets and towels are not included in the price; but are offered as an option: €10 per bed for sheets; and €5 for a set of 2 towels.
Final cleaning is also optional, at a cost of €60

The apartment is excellent equipped with everything you might need: kitchen, toys for children, bikes, books, ... It is great for families though a little bit away from the great beach (5 min by car, 10 min by bike or 20 min by foot).

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dem Haus.Man hat alles was man braucht.Die Fahrräder haben uns gute Dienste erwiesen und die Klimaanlage auch.Wir haben es sehr genossen jenseits des Trubels die große Terrasse zu nutzen.Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe!Ein perfekter Familienurlaub!!Danke Marylene für Deine Gastfreundschaft!
