Pleasant 4-bedroom house in El Granada nearby Beach

The property is spacious, easy to access, and has a great location, with easy walking to a convenience store, restaurants, and the harbor. It was not very well cleaned, and amenities were the bare minimum (one small rag in the kitchen, no paper towels, had to search for extra tp, no hand towels for bathrooms, carpets grubby). Upon arrival, there were a lot of cigarette butts and other trash in the driveway that a member of our group picked up (this may not have been in control of the host, but they should be aware).
