The home is bright, spacious, and spread across two levels, offering plenty of room for families or groups to relax together while still enjoying privacy.
Upstairs:
The main living area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen are all on this level - ideal for gathering and sharing meals.
Large windows bring in ocean light and peekaboo views.
Three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 kids bedroom with a twin trundle) and one full bath are also located upstairs
Downstairs:
Two additional bedrooms (King) and one full bath provide a comfortable, more private retreat for extended family or friends.
There’s also a second living area / family room with a TV and lounge seating - perfect for movie nights or quiet relaxation.
The lower level opens directly to the backyard patio and firepit area, great for outdoor dining or evening s’mores.
The Garage is carpeted and can be used as a game room.
Throughout the home, you’ll find modern furnishings, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches designed for both short and extended stays.
Everything you need for a comfortable group stay is here - smart TVs, a large dining table, board games, and plenty of seating. The open layout lets everyone gather easily, while five bedrooms and two level set up offer privacy and space for quiet moments. The backyard patio and firepit are favorites for unwinding after beach days or celebrating special occasions together.
Guests have private access to the entire property, including the driveway, backyard, and laundry area. Owners have kept one hallway closet locked as the owner's closet.
Entry is keyless via a smart lock - you’ll receive your personalized code before arrival.
We want your stay to be easy, comfortable, and memorable. We’re local (San Mateo) and always happy to help - whether it’s a quick question about the house, a restaurant recommendation, or tips for exploring the coast and the broader bay area.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but you can reach us anytime by message, text, or phone. We respond quickly and are glad to assist in any way to make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed under any circumstances.
Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. Please keep voices and music low outdoors at all times.
The home is heated by in-wall and portable electric heaters located throughout the house - there is no central heating system or AC (AC isn't common in our area due to temperate climate)
Driveway parking is strongly preferred and fits two cars comfortably (side-by-side), and potentially more (tandem)
The driveway has a mild incline; most vehicles park easily, but please use caution when backing in or out.
If you plan to bring more than two vehicles, let us know in advance so we can ensure parking remains safe and compliant with county rules. If guests have more than two cars, they should use tandem parking in the driveway before using street parking. Parking is not allowed on landscaped or non-paved areas, including the front yard.
Street parking is strongly discouraged and in no case may guests block driveways, sidewalks, neighbor access, or limit traffic
Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, front entrance, external sides of the house and back patio only - there are no cameras indoors or in any private areas.
This is a permitted short-term rental with San Mateo County, operated in full compliance with local regulations. We take neighborhood harmony seriously and ask all guests to respect the home, the neighbors, and the community so everyone can enjoy this beautiful coastal setting.
