This modern, newly furnished vacation home, with its charming chalet-style design, is located on an idyllic four-sided farmstead and, with its unique atmosphere, offers the ideal retreat for up to 15 people. With a total of five bedrooms, a spacious living area featuring a TV, a sleeper sofa, and a play corner for younger guests, the house is perfect for families, groups of friends, or small teams seeking peace and comfort in a rural setting. For wellness moments in the chalet, there’s an infrared sauna and a hot tub. The bedrooms are individually and cozily designed: The first bedroom features a king-size double bed and a bunk bed; the second also has a king-size bed, as well as an additional bunk bed and a single bed (perfect as a family room). The third and fourth bedrooms each have a king-size bed, and the fifth offers two single beds—ideal for children or groups. Guests can also sleep on the pull-out couch in the living room. The house has three newly renovated bathrooms to ensure perfect comfort, even for large groups. The entire courtyard is yours exclusively for the duration of your stay! The heart of the house is the spacious, cozy farmhouse living room, which is connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking together and enjoying convivial evenings. Three stylish bathrooms ensure all the necessary comfort: two with showers, and one with a bathtub as well. A special highlight is the courtyard of the four-sided farmstead, which invites you to barbecue, sunbathe, and enjoy cozy group evenings. You have the option to book a hot tub in advance for an additional fee. Enjoy a break in the great outdoors with friends or family. An infrared sauna with relaxation loungers is available free of charge. This vacation home combines modern living with traditional farmhouse charm and offers a unique atmosphere for relaxing days in the countryside. Please understand that we cannot accommodate bachelor/bachelorette parties, and therefore such bookings are not permitted. Well-behaved birthday parties are warmly welcome. Please review the house rules here. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Check-out is available between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: Adults 2,- per person/night; Children 0.50,- per person/night (ages 8–16) The tourist tax will be charged separately on-site. Upon request, you can book an additional dinner delivery, such as Reindl or spare ribs. Please note that this option is available only for groups of 8 or more. Additionally, upon request and for a fee, the refrigerator can be stocked with breakfast items. The one-time fee for the hot tub is 150 euros per stay. The vacation home must be left in a clean-swept condition. The house rules apply. Bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted.
