Located in Thornton, this delightful and newly renovated basement offers 3 bedrooms with a cozy king, queen, and 2 twin beds, and an extra queen air mattress to fit 8 people total. It counts with a full equipped new kitchen, and a gorgeous renovated bathroom. Providing heating, AC, a hair dryer, curler, iron and iron board, guests will feel right at home. The peaceful ambiance of this gorgeous property is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring or working. Enjoy an evening in the fully fenced back, patio furniture and grill some meals. Amenities:
-Private entrance. -One garage parking spot available by the entrance and plenty free parking spaces in front of the house. -EV charger for electric cars. -Property counts with a shareable back patio for pets to roam and potty. Back patio porch has furniture, a grill, and a fire pit for a nice evening with s’mores. -Property is a 4 min drive to I-25 Freeway. -10 min to downtown, Ball Arena, Mile High Stadium, Meow Wolf. -5 min to Brittany Hill venue - 2 min driving or 10 min WALK to Water World. - -5min to boondocks. -10 min to Legacy Ridge golf course, 10 min to The Greg Mastriona Golf Course. -10 min to Front Range Community College. The property is located in a cul-de-sac end street in a quiet and family neighborhood. The very quiet and most of the time away host lives in the upstairs along with a Yorkshire Terrier puppy named Rocco. He’s the one sharing the back yard ;). Smoking (including tobacco and cannabis) is not permitted inside the property. However, guests are welcome to smoke on the front porch or back patio. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the indoor space clean and comfortable for everyone.

Very nice remodeling not what i was expecting

Cristina was welcoming, accommodating and communicated the necessary entrance codes in a timely manner. The backyard is big, quiet and secure for dogs with a nice sitting area. The space is comfortable and well appointed and kitchen is well equipped. It is a basement unit, so first floor noise ( though not bad!) should be expected. We had a lovely time and would definitely book again!

The house is spectacular even though it’s a basement feels like a above ground home, super clean, communication was smooth as butter, would definitely stay here again when I come back to town, you will find all the amenities you need and it’s just feels like home, having a garage parking lot makes it fell extra safe and convenient to unload all your belongings
