You're close to I-25, which puts downtown Denver, Coors Field, and the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge each roughly 15-20 minutes away. Denver International Airport is about a 30-minute drive, and Boulder is around 35 minutes. Groceries, restaurants, and the Denver Premium Outlets are all a short drive.
HOSTED BY GABRIEL
I've been hosting here for two years and I manage the place myself - no management company, no call center. I respond to messages within a few hours, and I'll make sure you've got what you need before you arrive. I'm also a plumber and local business owner, so if anything goes sideways with the house, it gets handled fast and properly.
A note on trash day: if your stay includes a Sunday or Monday, I'll come by to move the trash and recycling bins out for pickup. I only need access to the side yard and garage - never the house itself.
