Residential exterior noise standards in TEMPE require loudspeakers, music, shouting, pets, and vehicles to cease excessive decibels by the 10 PM curfew through 7 AM. Residents will not tolerate noise in this neighborhood; please conclude all noise by 10 PM to avoid any conflict. Any guest violating the city's noise ordinance will be subject to a fine (up to $1000) and any additional city-imposed fees due to the complaint (up to $10,000).
