The property manager was very easy to get hold of very helpful very reasonable. The house was just like it looked in the pictures. There were no surprises. The hot tub in the pool were fabulous and well taken care of.

Pool was great. Kids loved the hot tub. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Geat wifi. Happy there were no personal decorations and no silly decorations. Lots of fridge space. Beds were excellent. Grateful for the cot when an unexpected relative showed up. Nice quiet neighborhood. We even used the bikes one morning. We enjoyed our stay and would come back.
Sent 2 emails to our contact Sonny and received no response. Once to let him know the name of the family member arriving first in case there was a problem and once to report a problem with the pool. The pool problem resolved on its own but i was surprised I did not get any email back. Washing instructions were confusing because there was no laundry soap or whitening other than bleach. We also would have liked a salad spinner and a bigger fry pan due to the large group.
