On the water with a beautiful view, with over 5 miles of stunning shoreline and it's own pontoon boat.
Clubhouse which is a 5 minute walk away with Pickleball, Tennis, Volley Ball, Raquet ball and Basketball courts. Olympic size heated pool with hot tub Sauna, weight and cardio room.
Three bedrooms ( Two with top of the line seally cal king mattresses Third has a top of the line beautyrest cal king mattress)
All 3 bedrooms are upstairs with 2 bathrooms also upstairs
Master has 55inch top of the line Sony hd smart tv
Second bedroom has a 65 inch sony hd smart tv
Three baths ( all with granite and marble. Master with double shower)
The Kitchen has an amazing lake view with Granite Counter tops, Stainless steel Appliances and is fully equipped

Wow!! There really are not enough superlatives to describe this villa. We stayed for 4 days and picked the location to be near family. It is very convenient to all amenities. The host met us there at check-in which was very helpful especially to go review the operation of the boat (yes there's a boat!). The villa is spacious and so comfortable. The back terrace is right on the water!! The master bedroom (upstairs) overlooks the lake and was so lovely to view the lakeside properties lit up for Christmas. The outdoor seating is plentiful and comfortable. The house is incredibly well stocked. We did a lot of cooking there and can honestly say we've never stayed in a rental before that had everything we needed but this place had anything and everything you would need to cook. The bedrooms are large, beds comfortable, and big TVs. You also will have access to the fitness center, pickle ball courts etc. which is just a short walk down the street. The host was great and takes pride in ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. Which we did. We will definitely be back. Highly highly recommend.

Walt was an amazing host. The house was spotless, location is amazing, and the check in/out processes were a breeze. The gym and pool at the clubhouse were great and everything we needed was within a few minutes of the house.

The location was excellent. The villa was well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. We would certainly return on our next visit to the Valley of the Sun.

We felt miss lead on this place. It is listed as a home and it should be listed as a villa. It did not show that there was an upstairs. We have had in the past a garage so that kinda set us back a little
so one car had to park on the street.The property had great supplies for doing any kind of preparation of food. Bathrooms had great supplies of towels, beds great. Overall a great place to stay.
