Beautiful 2BR/2Bath Unit - 1.5 Blocks from the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location to Coligny and within a 5-10 min walk to 3 different beach access points. Quiet complex with plenty of parking, nice outdoor pool area. Plenty of space within the condo and our daughter and her friends liked having a space separate from the main living area. Cons: Kitchen cabinets/ drawers could use updating as the silverware drawer was completely off track (we had to hold it with both hands so it wouldn’t fall out), 2nd “living space” could use a chair for more seating, kitchenette would be more functional with a small microwave and/or mini fridge, and the main bathroom shower really needs a door (not half wall) as water sprayed all on the floor soaking the bath mat every time.(Side note: When we arrived at the condo, the dishwasher was still running and the balcony door was open)

Kitchen needs work - stove top was awful. Drawers need work - they don’t close well - had to wash dishes et al before using … great location. Nice balcony.

there were a number of issues initially, example, a broken recliner, chair, which they replaced; door lock did not function, which was replaced; the cookware was terrible, but management replaced it; the unit should be in much better shape than we found it for the next group.

Location is good, beds are comfortable and the building was quiet. It’s very old and outdated. Kitchen drawers do not open and shut well. Utensils, cookware etc… need to be replaced/updated. Water pressure is very weak. Recliner was broken. Main bathroom shower glass sliding door was missing, causing water to go all over the floor. Shower door was later discovered behind the couch- potentially dangerous situation to which I never received a reply back from management.
