    This is the first time we booked co live and we will definitely be back soon. Room was spotless and bathroom too. They don't have bidet though. Wifi connection was strong and staff were very accommodating.

    Firstly, the noise from outside is truly audible in the room. My room is located on the third floor, facing the street. One Google review just proved it, that it’s like you’re sleeping outside. Please install soundproof walls bc the other room noise is also audible inside our room. Now, the check-out experience. Please check on your staff, could improvise training, or at least their well-being. We waited for almost half an hour for our security deposit, which by the way was not listed upfront upon booking, and he seemed not to know about the process. We were hungry and frustrated. He seems to not know the process, not himself of counting the money deposit, did not even at least acknowledge— let alone apologize. Please review the CCTVs if needed. This is alarming.
