Your gated, 3-bedroom country estate will provide your family & friends with an elegant experience. Your home-away-from-home is surrounded by 4000 olive trees that produce award-winning olive oils. This peaceful, 16-acre countryside retreat is only minutes from town, wineries & 22 minutes from Morro Bay!
The property includes lots of free parking, reliable WIFI, DTV, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, central HVAC, self-check-in, laptop workspaces and your dogs will enjoy their fully fenced backyard!
Your home is beautifully landscaped and begs for a nice wander around in the cool PMs and early AMS. Only five miles from town, you'll feel 100s of miles away from all the crowds and a busy life.
Up your Zoom game with an elegant, private study and beautiful bookshelves for background and lots of desk space. High speed WiFi throughout and two desks upstairs, too. Just be sure to leave time to play & relax!

We are a fully fenced property with a private automatic entry gate. We are also a working farm. We craft high quality extra virgin olive oil and offer an olive oil tasting experience to all our guests. Our cohosts include Jennifer Tallent Joseph & her husband Oscar Joseph, who are both local to the area..
There is room for additional guests if you want to bring your camper, motor home or toy hauler. We have electrical hook-up available.
The home is solar powered and on whole-house generator back-up, so no concerns about the PGE rolling black-outs here!

Plenty of room and very well equipped. Lots of games. Real fireplaces. Fantastic surroundings and huge area in back with a grill, could be used for a nice outdoor party. We particularly enjoyed the pool table and jacuzzi tub. They left us some nice gifts at arrival. Everything was very clean and tidy. Really interesting getting to know how an olive farm works, and deep discounts on the oil! Oh, and great for our 2 small dogs. We are planning a return visit!

We loved this home! It was really a quiet, country estate which met all of our needs including our dogs. It's nicely landscaped, well maintained, clean and charming.
