Stay in comfort and convenience at this 1BR/1BA condo in Summit House, just a 10-minute walk from UF Health Shands Hospital. Quiet, private upper-floor unit with no footsteps overhead and no headlights in your windows. Ideal for medical professionals on rotation, observership, or extended stay.
Bedroom
Rest easy in the queen bed with fresh, comfortable cotton bedding, blackout curtains, and sheers. Ample storage with dresser, closet, and velvet hangers. Sleep masks, earplugs, and white noise machine provided just in case you need them.
Bathroom
Shower/tub combo with wall-mounted dispenser stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bath towels and pool towels in Gator orange and blue provided.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with cookware, dishware, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, and stocked coffee station, plus salt, pepper, and olive oil. Perfect for quick breakfasts or home-cooked dinners.
Workspace
Dedicated desk and chair with fast wifi, office supplies, mousepad, and multi-outlet charger, Ideal for study, charting, or catching up on email.
Laundry

I really enjoyed my week stay. It was really pleasant to have the provided amenities and the host was very thoughtful of leaving snacks and other items like tea, coffee, creamer, extra hygiene products, and more! It was really clean and the bed is wonderful! Definitely recommend it!Thank you Kayla :)
