Comfy & cozy house, conveniently located near UF and lots of great food. The steps/flooring was a bit worn, the parking instructions had some discrepancies and we had some trouble connecting to the wifi but none of it ended up being an issue. Only used 1 bed but it was comfy and the couch was very comfy. The giant tree out back seemed to be home to some bird families too.

Floors have a severe slope to them which is normal due to age, owners have done their best to update it. Neighborhood was very quiet. Window AC shakers will freeze you out. It is not a luxury home by any means but it does the trick and a great option for a quick getaway near the campus.

Overall it was a fine place to stay. Definitely an older home. It was fairly clean. The beds were not queen size beds as listed and we were scheduled for 4 days and only had 4 small wash clothes for showering. We purchased some of our own. We did appreciate the washer and dryer on the premises and the temperature was comfortable.

It is an older home so it is clean but could use some deep cleaning. There is only room for one vehicle and you have to park on the lawn which is really close to the front porch, we were told this a couple of days before our stay. The only thing that bothered us was the beds, the description states two queen beds but the beds are full size. My husband and I didn’t have much room which made it difficult to sleep. My mom was in the other room and her mattress was hard. We are all tired from a weekend getaway instead of being rested. It is close to UF and stores/restaurants. Good place for two friends traveling.
