This property was exactly as advertised, and more. The owner has thought of so many details that made our stay comfortable, with every amenity we needed, and more! Proximity to UF, Shands, and downtown was so convenient. The owner is also VERY responsive and concerned about the comfort of their guests. Highly recommend.

The place was perfect for what we needed, My wife and I, plus a 16 and 12 yr old. No complaints from anyone. You get on-site parking, you get a back yard, you are centrally located. They provide the basics like, body wash, shampoo, rags, towels, dish soap, coffee maker, trash bags and toilet paper. I may have left something out but essentially all we really had to do was focus on our vacation. If we go back to Gainesville, I would not hesitate to book the same place.
