Perfect place if you are having meetings with Shands / University of Florida! The host -Tyler is an excellent communicator and works hard to accommodate the needs of guests. Great parking and neighbors! Thank you for our stay!

Review:We stayed here for a college football weekend and had a good experience overall. The apartment was clean and in a convenient location, perfect for two people but definitely a bit tight for a larger group. Check-in was smooth, and the owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. A solid stay for a quick trip!
