The Topiary is a spacious and elegant Victorian Rectory-style country house with a rich history dating back to the early 1700s. The Coach House annex offers additional bedrooms and shares a modern family bathroom. All bathrooms are fitted with pressurized systems to ensure excellent water flow.

The beautifully landscaped Italianate gardens, designed in the late 1990s, are now fully mature and provide a tranquil setting for guests to explore and unwind. A hammock strung between trees offers a peaceful retreat at the bottom of the garden, while outdoor dining areas make al fresco meals a delight.

Bedroom 1: King-size four-poster bed with space for up to 2 additional 3’ day beds; ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed with possibility of 2 x 3’ day beds nearby; private adjacent shower room.
Bedroom 3: King-size bed with ensuite shower room
Second Floor:
Bedroom 4: Double bed with ensuite shower room.
Bedroom 5: Double bed adjacent to a large family bathroom.
Additional: A 3’6” bed on the second floor, popular with teenagers, shares the family bathroom with Bedroom 5.
Coach House Annex:
Bedroom 6 (Ground Floor): Two single beds; shares a ground floor family bathroom.
Bedroom 7 (Upstairs): King-size bed with lounge area; some children have also slept on the large leather sofa in the lounge.
