Budget-friendly, but disappointing overall. The location was acceptable, but cleanliness, comfort, and service were poor. The bathroom was old and not clean, hot water took time, and the kitchen had almost no amenities. Staff were not helpful, calls were not answered, and check-in felt unprofessional. Parking was also difficult.

I have stayed at another Golden New branch, and I think there are similar things that need improvement, especially the TV and the basic bathroom setup. They should provide towels without guests having to ask after check-in.

The guy at reception was good.
He gave me spacious room which I appreciate, but unfortunately the stay wasn't as I expected.
Room was clean & spacious. I felt it like a room at home not at hotel. The look, the decor the design was very common in cheap hotels with portrait all around.
The hotel internet was literally disaster, I have never experienced such issue in any hotel. Even on my phone the signals were 3G and I couldn't do my work. So for business purpose this was the first and last stay.
Sockets were not working near by the bed. To charge phone I had to keep it in the washroom.
Locker wasn't working.
No towels in washroom.
Bathroom amenities were too poor in quality.
I literally wanted to leave the hotel but I was so tired that had to sleep and leave asap.
