الطاقم تعامله ممتاز الاستقبال والعامل الهندي و المكان مبرد و مريح من عند الاصنصير اسفل يوفرون خدمة تنظيف العامل الاجنبي بشوش و يوفر نواقص الشقه بسرعه من اكياس زباله و طلبنا مساحة شطف للحمام و جابها جديده ماقصر
دورات المياه سيئة التهوية حمام غرفة النوم لا يوجد به تهوية اساسا السجاد يحتاج تنظيف عميق غسالة الملابس وصلني الفيش مكسور و لذعني كهربا وطلبت هوز معه و قالو غير متوفر رغم اني منبهة عليها قبل الحجز لاني قعدت اسبوع الفرن مصدي و يلذع كهربا حصلت شعر و اداة حلاقه رجاليه في دورة المياه بعدما طلبنا خدمة التنظيف لا تخصنا ولكن لم اشتكي للادارة كي لا يحصل مسائلة لعمال النظافة الافرنجي يحتاج غطاء سليم لانه يهتز ايضا الحاجز الزجاجي اللي ف الحمام مكانه صغير جدا و اطرافه حاده اثناء استخدام مغسلة اليد

شقق جميلة ومرتبه ونظييفه وشكرا على حسن الاستقبال والضيافه وقريبه من شارع حراء ومن المطاعم ويوجد مغسله أسفل الفندق
