About this house rental
3 blocks from the square! This 2-bed, 1.5 bath home is a short walk from dining, bars, and local shopping downtown Georgetown. Amazing outdoor activities surrounding...Lake Georgetown for a day of fishing, hiking, and water skiing, or walk to the Blue Hole along the San Gabriel River trail...steps away. There`s a full kitchen, comfy couch, smart TV, fast wifi & desk for those who need to do a little work on vacation. Property fully remodeled in 2023 and professionally furnished and decorated!
The Space
The living room and dining room are spacious. Smart TV w/Roku (Netflix, DirectTV Stream, etc...) The kitchen table is great for working, eating, or games. The kitchen is on the small side, but efficient and has everything you need for a full cooked meal. The full bathroom serves both bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and two end tables. The back bedroom connects to a back room that has its own 1/2 bath, dedicated workspace with a desk, and full-size washer and dryer. You can access the private fenced patio from this room, or the enclosed sunroom down the hall
The patio is private, and shares a common wall with the unit next door. There`s a large yard out the patio door as well that`s shared with other guests, but other than that, everything else is completely separated. The driveway is reserved for guests in UNIT A, but there are steps leading from the street alongside the driveway for access to the patio.

Other things to note
We have had multiple guests bring kids, and we 100% welcome them! We have one pack & play available in the closet of the back bedroom. When it`s not booked my family often stay and/or work from here and love it.

The hosts are wonderful and we love how well stocked the place is with coffee and it is the perfect distance to downtown Georgetown! We have stayed here twice so far and we were very pleased each time!

We had a great stay at this location. It was in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the Square, with many dining options. It is also close to parks and trails. The unit has been recently updated - it was very clean, the check in process very smooth and the host was very connected and reached out to make sure we were good. This is a great find if you want to explore Georgetown and/or attend events there.

We really enjoyed this space. We came to town for a wedding and the accommodations were fantastic. We could walk to the square within minutes. The house was spacious and the neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely stay here again
