Walk to ice cream & scenic overlook, less than 5 mins to Saco River path, Golf, North Conway Village, Whitaker Woods, scenic train station, coffee shops, shopping, skating, nightlife, restaurants, kayaking, skiing, adventure parks, sleigh rides (discounts available), skiing, story land, hiking, Outlets, snowshoeing, etc.

NO events, extra guests, parties, loud noises, LATE NIGHTS, or pets unless written notice and prior approval.
Large wooded double lot, plenty of space in the back yard to feel nature, yet close to all the attractions.
Firewood supplied for wood stove in the winter.
Must follow house rules and community regulations or risk loss of deposit, fines up to $100, and early termination of your stay.
Upon check out, we will require, you strip the beds, start a load of laundry, wash all the dishes and bring all trash to the barrel in the driveway.

Intervale is centrally located to all attractions in the heart of Mt Washington valley. Just 5 minutes to village, shops, Story Land, restaurants, ice cream, the river, golf, skiing, hiking, and less than 10 minutes to Jackson center.

Please follow the house rules and good neighbor policy. Check out requires stripping beds, starting laundry, and taking trash to the dumpster in the village.
NO EVENTS, NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS, NO LOUD NOISE, NO PARTY HOMES
PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.
Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night.
Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
Certain Holidays, Peak times may require minimum stays and rate adjustments
