Elegant 2-Bed Chelsea Flat Near King's Road and River Thames

The flat is in a great location, but unfortunately the condition of the property did not match the photos. The pictures appear to be several years old, as the flat felt much more tired and worn in reality. We arrived to find dirty carpets with visible stains and an unclean kitchen, including cupboards containing unwashed plates and crockery. There was no washing-up liquid or sponges provided, and when we contacted the host, we were told that cleaners could not return until the following day at 10:00 AM, leaving us to order cleaning supplies ourselves. The mattresses were also disappointing and not particularly comfortable. Overall, the location was excellent, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall condition of the flat fell below expectations.
