Location in the heart of London- Chelsea. Very close to the Old Town Hall or two venues Trafalgar Pub and Cadogan Arms. Air conditioning was amazing. Thank you. Big smart tv. We liked the small balcony too.
Broken not working main oven as well as the the small version- the door glass was shattered. Very dirty, unpleasent lobby downstairs. Hot water booster? Only two chairs.

The kitchen vent is not working. There is no shade on the sky light in the living room.

Good location. Has an elevator!!!! Nice neighborhood.
As always, wish there was some sort of air conditioning. It took us two days to find the bathroom fan (located in the laundry closet). There was no sugar. The lights above the bedstands do not work. And it was clean.. but seemed dusty for some reason?

Location. Chelsea is a great neighborhood, with restaurants for all tastes, all within reach.
I guess if you get an apartment in the upper floors it would be ok. Ours was on the streetside ground level, with people walking by your bedroom window at all hours, 30cm away from your bed. Speaking of beds, we are a family of four. Two boys of 14 and 20, both tall. The sofa and its second mattress tucked underneath were tiny, maybe 1.70m in length. Not really a third and fourth sleeping accommodation, unless you have small children.
