Welcome to Casa La Gaviota, a spacious holiday villa with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea, located in one of Jávea’s most sought after areas: on a cliff 100 metres above the sea, perfectly positioned between the beautiful bays of Granadella and Ambolo.


This south facing villa is tastefully and harmoniously decorated and features a spacious living area with a modern fully equipped kitchen including an American style fridge, a covered terrace, 4 bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. From every room in the villa you can enjoy uninterrupted sea views.


The privacy in this property is absolute, with no overlooking neighbours or street views. Peace and tranquillity are what stand out here, accompanied by the soothing sound of the sea.


The villa is the ideal base for a holiday where you can explore the surrounding area with its charming villages, stunning nature and beautiful coves, or simply relax by the sea. Cycling enthusiasts will love the nearby routes, with the famous Coll de Rates and Coll de la Vall d’Ebo in the Jalón Valley located less than 40 km away. Hiking opportunities are endless in the 750 hectare Granadella Nature Park, only 2 km away. Enjoy the lively atmosphere of Jávea or visit nearby towns such as Altea and Denia. For cultural day trips, the villa is perfectly located between Valencia, 110 km to the north, and Alicante, 90 km to the south. Casa La Gaviota is a non smoking property and pets are not allowed.

The entire villa is rented privately and consists of 3 levels. Every room offers spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.


During winter, the villa can be heated using the air conditioning units in heating mode, while the large windows allow plenty of sunshine indoors. For cooler evenings, there is also a wood burning stove with firewood available. Your stay includes 4 smart TVs.

Around the villa you will find several large and smaller terraces spread across different levels, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and trees creating a relaxing holiday atmosphere.
