Wonderful and nice villa in Jávea, Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 10 people. The house is situated in a residential beach area and 3 km from Cala de la Barraca, Jávea beach. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels. The accommodation offers privacy and a beautiful lawned garden with gravel and trees. We spent our 2025 summer vacation at Villa Montana with our three kids, my husband, my parents, and our dog—and it was wonderful. What we especially appreciated was that the woods were only a five‑minute walk away, offering plenty of shade for our dog during warm days.
I loved strolling and shopping in the old city center, and we were blown away by the stunning Cala La Granadela nearby. The house was spacious enough for all of us, well equipped, and exactly what we hoped for.

We stayed at Villa Montana with our four children and absolutely loved it. The pool was the big highlight—the kids were in it from morning till evening. The table tennis kept everyone entertained as well, and the house itself felt spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
Another big plus was the accessibility. Within a short drive we could reach all the important spots in Jávea, from the beach to supermarkets and restaurants. Perfect for a family holiday. Highly recommended for anyone traveling w
