About this house rental
Located in the prestigious area of Tosalet-Cap Martí, the Villa has 8 rooms and 5 bathrooms on 3 floors (2 rooms with bathroom en suite). Most rooms in the house have spectacular views of the sea.
It has 2 completely flat garden areas, as well as two splendid covered terraces of 100m2 each, both with panoramic sea views, as well as a third sunny terrace at the entrance of the house.
The house has a 10 × 5m pool equipped with sunshade and sunshade area. It also has barbecue and paella pan, parking for 5 cars inside the farm and separate laundry-clothesline, as well as a grove in the back of the farm, which gives it even more privacy.
