Apartament jest na 29 piętrze. Basen na tarsie na 64. Wielkość apartamentu, szeroki i długi balkon z wyjściem z każdego pokoju, widok z balkonu. Wyposażenie apartamentu w sprzęt AGD i RTV, drobne przyrządy jak suszarka na ubrania i deska do prasowania, parownica. Była możliwość korzystania z hulajnogi. Lokalizacja genialna, spacerem na fontanny ok. 15min, w pobliżu sklepy i piekarnia. Łatwość nawiązywania kontaktu z gospodarzem.

Główny basen nie był podgrzewany. Ale dzieci kąpały się w ciepłym brodziku. Czystość szyb zostawiała wiele do życzenia. Smugi. Apartament wymaga drobnych napraw, sufit w łazienkach (odpada tynk) krany należy przykręcić do blatu, bo przy okręcania wody jest nie stabilny. Totalnie nie potrzebne w wyposażeniu dywaniki w łazience, szczotka do wc powinna być wymienia wraz z nowym wynajmującym. Zmywarka miała nie przyjemny zapach (jak długo jest nieużywana i zamknięta).

Pool closure hours are too early. It becomes unavailable at 7 pm. Small kids pool is made for babies really so if you want your 5-8 kids swimming you have to be inside the big pool with them all the time. Although safe guards are there but with kids aged 5-8 the whistle blows every other second for something not being allowed. Blow up floats, not allowed. Little one (6 year old)tries swimming in jacuzzi instead because it’s the acceptable depth for him-not allowed. Hence, too little to be in big pool with his siblings (though he can swim). He moves apart from siblings in big jacuzzi that’s appropriate depth for him- not allowed . We get the floating aid, not allowed once again in the big pool. He gets sent to kids pool and once he notices it’s for babies in terms of depth ends up crying in disappointment thinking that he isn’t allowed anything. Got approached too many times by the same guard telling him he ain’t allowed basically anything. So unless you are willing to stay in water the whole time, you can’t really fully relax with kids. If you are kid free, however, this place is ideal for you.

Location was good , 15mins walk from Dubai Mall. Host Zaman was very helpful and easy to approach.

Guidance of how to use the stove , washing machine would be better. Noise blocking between rooms and lounge is not that good.
