Perfekte Lage in Dubai - 12 min Gehzeit zur Metro, 25 min max Gehzeit zur Dubai Mall /Burj Khalifa.
Der zugehörige pool im 64. Stock ist gigantisch und bietet beste Blicke auf Dubai downtown und den Burj Khalifa.
Das Apartment im Hotelgebäude ist sehr gross (ca 90 m2) und bietet tolle Blicke aus dem 38. Stockwerk. In einem Schlafzimmer geräumiger Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer.
Auch fitness auf Etage 13 im Preis inbegriffen.
2 Supermärkte in Gehweite ( 8-10 min).
Das Damac Paramount Hotel ist gerade mal drei Jahre alr, da muss man sich schon wundern wie runtergekommen insbesondere die Küche war. Das ist kein Standard den man man für so viel Geld erwartet.
In den Bädern nur Wannen ohne Duschwände - nach jedem Duschen waren die Bäder leider unter Wasser.

Отличные апартаменты для большой компании, три спальни, три туалета, большая кухня со всем необходимым, как дома. В гостиной большой белоснежный обеденный стол с венецианскими стульями. Большой балкон в номере с шикарным видом . Отличный бассейн, джакузи на 64 этаже.
Нет такого.

Very cosy and comfortable and close to the metro. Apartment was spacious and has everything you need. pool deck was super awesome. Views were spectacular. Rameez from Staycae welcomed us and made sure we were settled in properly. He was very efficient and always quick to answer any questions via whatsapp. Dubai mall right around the corner. A definite must stay when in Dubai.
