Your Dubai retreat goes beyond the apartment itself. You'll have exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom unit, a peaceful balcony, and all the fantastic amenities the building provides. Be sure to use the access card found in the apartment for a workout session in the gym.
Other things to note:
🔑 To preserve the magic, please be mindful of the keys and access cards. A replacement fee of 300AED (per item) may apply.
🛂 As per Dubai's Tourism Law, we kindly request photos of passports for all guests 48 hours before the check-in date.
🍼 Traveling with an infant? Request our complimentary crib and a high chair at least 48 hours in advance for your convenience.
🚭 For the well-being of all guests, smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. This helps maintain a fresh and clean environment, preventing additional cleaning, potential damage, and lingering odors. Please be mindful, as violation of this policy may result in an additional charge of 1500 AED. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
⏰ Check-in starts at 3 p.m. and checkout is no later than 11 a.m. Late checkout may be possible with prior arrangements. Please be aware that extending your stay without confirmation may incur additional charges of 150 AED per hour.
