Spacious 3BR + Bunk Laketown Wharf Condo Sleeping 10 Near Beach

Location was excellent.

Using elevators was almost impossible around the weekend. Resort needs to address this issue.

The property itself was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent—right in the heart of Panama City Beach with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and the beach. The views were great, and overall the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Wharf at Laketown is definitely a convenient and enjoyable place to stay.

There was an incident involving my son and family members that made us uncomfortable while using the amenities. While the rental manager was quick to respond and very helpful, the on-site security did not handle the situation as firmly as expected. It felt more like a “word vs. word” approach instead of prioritizing guest safety. Situations like that should be taken more seriously to ensure all families feel safe during their stay.

The room itself was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our trip! Plenty of room and the view was beautiful on the big balcony. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and dishes, great for our cooking nights. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable (too comfy because my husband wanted to sleep too much!) We had some troubles with the facility beyond the room but we are so grateful that the owner made sure our stay was fixed and we could enjoy the rest of our time. He even checked to make sure everything was going well.. So big Thank you to him! It is a great location for food, the beach, and activities. The facility itself has so much to offer, enjoyed the pools, the bars, the shopping, and the bowling/arcade. Loved that there was a beach wagon, it came in handy!

There were a few things that were hard. We had some trouble with registering for our parking and bracelets and the Laketown Wharf, staff would not help us, thankfully the owner fixed those issues personally! The Northside elevators broke, so it took almost 30 mins sometimes to get into an open elevator(we waited so long, our daughter was waiting on us after going down 11 flights of stairs). The best advice for that, walk that small walk to the 3 elevators in the front and you have a better chance of getting down. Next, the light show never worked (but giving props to the workers for trying to get something going). The rooms are not noise-proof! But even with all that, we still ended up enjoying our stay and it was a great location with plenty to do!

Entrace door was broke would not lock.reported it after arrival.they did not fix it til the next day.the whole lock had to be replaced was not able to fix it.I had to stay in condo to make sure our valuables was safe.did not sleep the first night because door would not lock.room was located directly off elevated.there was a leak coming from above unit which i was told they were aware of it.title in ceiling had wet areas.I spent time cleaning water up from leak.I lost 2 days of my vacation stay due to trying to sleep
