Nice size for a family

It was advertised as Brand New. Don't think that was the case. Overall, it was nice a lot of space

The recent remodel was beautiful with upgraded flooring and appliances along with a primary suite that was “to die for”! The location was in the center of PCB with easy access to dinning, shopping, and beach time. The property was high-end with a professional staff. It was like coming home after a long day of play!

Personally, I just wish there had been proper bath mats ( like the pictures) in each bathroom. We almost gifted the owners one for each bathroom! Lol

The condo itself was very nice and accommodating for our big family. Everyone had plenty of room, we didn’t feel cramped, the kitchen amenities were very convenient for us to cook every night. kids loved the bunk beds! The multiple pools on the property was great for the kids to “pool hop” when they got bored somewhere so we could easily Lee them entertained.

Please note, this was nothing about the condo itself but the property of Laketown Warf… first after the full deposit was paid, I then received another email that we had to separately pay for wrist bands and a parking pass which was an additional $100 for my family. I have never stayed in PCB where this wasn’t already included in the condo cost.. and we definitely paid a pretty penny for this 4 day trip.. second.. the elevators were HORRIBLE you waited no less than 15-20 min to get onto one because of the overcrowding and so many families getting on and filling them up. 5 elevators for a 1000+ condo complex makes absolutely no sense. Third… the staff was incredibly rude. when we checked in I asked about having family come and visit us just for a day and seeing if they could get a day pass to be on the property. she told me that guests could not have guests and if we brought them onto the property we would be asked to leave early. The pools have SO MANY RULES. The property “managers” walking around constantly got onto our kids for literally just playing. Nothing different than any kids between the ages of 5-11 would be doing at the pools. We were told that if they wanted to “keep playing that way” we should go to the kiddie pool. (which was only 1/2 a foot deep) I thought the location would be good, close to restaurants, right beside Walmart and close enough when we wanted to visit St. Andrews park one day.. but for a family it’s not a great place to be. It’s a constant party right next to pineapple Willy’s, and the main pool is very noisy from all of the trucks and people partying on the streets. I’ve been coming to PCB my entire life for family vacations and this was by far the worst property I’ve stayed on. there are many other locations where you get a way better value and experience than we did this trip.
